Tienes Opciones

APS wanted to raise their customers’ awareness of several under-utilized service options. Their general market campaign featured a character called Jim, a dedicated APS employee who embarks on a journey across Arizona to reach customers in person and disseminate this valuable information.

Urias Communications was tasked with adapting the campaign for APS’s growing Hispanic client base. With careful attention to casting, tone, and the adaptation of the scenes into a context relatable to our target audience, we developed three of a series of commercials in which RubĂ©n, Jim’s Spanish-speaking counterpart, heads out to tell people, “Tienes opciones!”
