Carlos’s work as a producer, director, and event activator has taken him throughout the Southwest. A first-generation American, he utilized his diverse background and creative talent to earn a degree in Production and Motion Graphics from the Art Institute of Phoenix. Inspired by his Mexican-Portuguese heritage, he specializes in the Hispanic market but brings his knowledge of the Southwest region to millennial market audiences as well.
He was the Marketing and Promotions Director for 95.1 Latino Vibe, leading the station to a top 10 ranking among female audiences ages 25 to 34 in the general market category. Because of his successful and engaging work on Hispanic Heritage Month programs, he was honored with a Phoenix Museum Corporate Council Membership. Carlos also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona State University HBA Chapter, which raises much-needed scholarship funds for incoming ASU students.
Carlos prides himself on his humble beginnings and work ethic, having worked as a store clerk, at the swap meet, aa a restaurant dishwasher, and a construction worker, all before the age of 18. He resides in Phoenix, where is he is constantly looking for outlets to leverage his skills and creativity.
